Are flights included?
No, we do not include flights in the price of the tour.
Will someone be there at the airport?
Absolutely! We will have arrival instructions sent to each student on the tour on where to find our representative in the airport. We will make sure your student will be under the best care from the second they land until they return home after the tour.
Are lunches included on the tour?
We do not include lunches with our tours. We allow the students some free time during the lunch hour to explore some of the city on their own. We make sure there are plenty of affordable options for them each day for lunch.
How many students per room?
In an effort to keep the tours as affordable as possible we place four students per hotel room. Each room will have 2 queen size beds. If a student would like to have their own bed for the duration of the tour they can pay an additional single supplement fee.
What is the student to chaperone ratio?
We insist on having a 10:1 student to chaperone ratio. We like to try and keep those numbers as small as possible to ensure we have adequate supervision for the students during the tours. Each of our chaperones we bring on the tours have some form of foreign experience.
How come you only offer weekend tours?
We do our best to make sure our student tours will not be a disruption to their studies. We know they are here attending school in America and that is the number one priority. Our tours only require them to miss 2 days of school, Friday and Monday. We do our absolute best to fill those weekend tours with lifelong memories!
How early can a student sign up for a tour?
We encourage students to sign up as soon as possible. We will close the tour once it is full and this can happen very fast. The best thing to do to reserve your spot is pay the initial deposit, this will secure your spot on the tour. Once we reach the minimum number of 40 students signed up the tour is a guarantee go. The sooner that number is reached the sooner you can begin booking flights, so sign up early!
